Hearing Impairment
Hearing aids and cochlear implants are crucial for many people, however there are many other assistive products that can work with, or alongside them, to improve day to day life – from feeling safe and comfortable at home or while travelling to being able to hear clearly public announcements or listen to the music and watch TV.

Visual Impairment
We have extensive range of assistive products for the blind and visually impaired: from traditional tactile pavements, tactile maps to High-tech WeWALK smart cane, scannable and readable NaviLens codes for enhancing wayfinding.
Dubai Universal Design Code
Topland is working in conjunction with Dubai Universal Design Code to help improve accessibility of various venues.
The purpose of the Dubai Universal Design Code is to define how the built environment and transportation systems in the Emirate shall be designed, constructed and managed to enable one to approach, enter, use, egress from and evacuate independently, in an equitable and dignified manner, to the greatest extent possible, in line with the Universal Design concept.
The requirements in this Code cover a wide range of human abilities, embracing all aspect of life. The requirements of this Code shall be applied at the earliest possible stage in the design process.
In some instances, parameters in this Code are quite specific; in others, they include dimensional ranges. Where dimensions and/or measurements are stated, they are subject to tolerances. Dimensional ranges are intended to provide some flexibility of design solutions.

World Disability Union (WDU)
The WDU was established in 2011 as an inclusive umbrella for 150 sub-organizations from 88 countries with the status of International Qualified Entities to deal with disability prevention, overcoming the disability, ensuring inclusion of people with disabilities into the society.
Topland is closely cooperating with WDU to assist various venues, places and businesses in improving accessibility and ensuring inclusion.
Community Development Authority
In line with the “My Community… A City for Everyone” initiative launched by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council of Dubai, which aims to transform Dubai to a disability-friendly city, and according to the Law No. 2 of 2014 concerning Protection of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in the Emirate of Dubai, the Community Development Authority (CDA) has issued the Sanad Smart Card for people of determination to ensure they have access to privileges and services meeting their needs, provided by different entities.
Topland is participating in providing special prices for its products and services to people of determination within the Sanad Card package of services.

Incluzun is an organization working with people who have different abilities and special needs Incluzun helps individuals and families gain access to education and the workforce by helping organizations to understand inclusion and by providing Learning Support Assistants for those who need them. Incluzun works with hundreds of families and schools to empower them and help make the world more inclusive.
