The Green Arch Belgium Pavilion is fully accessible for People of Determination and promote inclusivity and social engagement.

The entire space at Belgium Pavilion is hearing-impaired friendly with Contacta large area hearing induction loop systems installed by Topland at the entrance hall, escalator, exhibition halls, lift and conference rooms to ensure people with hearing difficulties can equally enjoy the amazing scenography of Belgium Pavilion. The food and retail outlets of Belgium Pavilion are equipped with Contacta under the counter hearing induction loop systems to ensure clear communication between staff and the customers at the points of customer service delivery. And for private, one-to-one conversations there are Contacta portable hearing induction loops provided. For people with restricted mobility there is a dedicated entrance, accessible toilets and accessible lift that will take the guests to the exhibition halls and up to the rooftop terrace. Topland has also supplied evacuation chairs to be available on each floor in case of emergency. For the safety of the visually impaired visitors there are stainless steel tactile warning studs installed by Topland at any level change.
